Clear Sky

Today the clouds and fog went away and the sun came out. It was still cold but a nice change anyway. About 12:30 PM the sun just starts to come up above the horizon and then by 2:30 it goes back down.
This is just a snap shot of S.T.P. (Seawater Treatment Plant)
