Wellhead

This is where the black gold comes out of the ground; it usually has a well house over it to keep MOST of the snow out. It looks a lot different then the traditional oil pumps that you would see down it the states. That’s because these aren’t pumping the oil. There is other wells that look similar to this that are injector wells. They inject water downhole which pressurizes the ground and forces the oil up. That my little oil field lesson for the day.
