Ice Road Truckers

For anyone that watched the ice road truckers on discovery channel, this is are version of it. This is a 6 to 8 mile ice road across the Arctic Ocean. They have been hauling truck load after truck load of big bolder sized rock out to the island (North Star Island) that you see in the second picture.

The ice road seemed a bit more exciting on the show - with falling through the ice, and all. Must just be camera angles because that looks entirely safe.(?)

Two posts the same week? We feel the love, Bro.

It is neat to see the truck driving across the ocean but your right, not very exciting.

I know that I have been slacking on my blog lately but I only have a few more days left at work so I figured the I should get a few posts in before I go home.
